From classic homestyle baked goods to fine French pastries, everything is made in-house from scratch using local and organic ingredients whenever possible. By fusing traditional techniques and modern ingredients, Sophie Sucrée crafts high-quality fare that is enjoyed daily by both vegans and non-vegans alike. We are constantly challenging ourselves to make more ecological choices.
We believe no food should ever be wasted, nothing gets thrown out a Sophie Sucrée. All leftover goods, get sold at a discount the next day in the shop.
We also sell our surplus pastries as surprise grab bags on uber eats, we are partners with TooGoodToGo an international app that helps facilitate people buying less fresh products at a discounted rate. We also donate our surplus pastries to local shelters and individuals in need in the neighborhood.
