Take your time exploring our menu and selecting all the fun treats you desire, adding them to your basket. When you are finished, select checkout, where you can view your order and input your contact information.
At the very top left of the checkout screen you will notice a place where you may sign in if you are a returning customer, or if you are a first time customer we encourage you to make an account with us for faster ordering your next time. However it is also possible for you to place an order without creating an account with us – you may simply enter your contact info and billing address – which you must enter in order in order to select delivery or pickup. Once your postal code has been entered the website will be able to calculate your delivery fee. If you would like your order delivered to a different address, please select “Ship to a different address” and enter in the address. Below that you will find a box for notes where you can give us additional information or let us know any special notes about your order.
You will notice on the right hand side, your “Order Summary” where you can select your shipping options (pickup or delivery). Below that you will be able to select the date of delivery. We are not able to accommodate same-day orders on our website. Click to drop down and select another date. You will see an itemize summary of your order where you can double check the products you are ordering. Below that you will find “Apply promo code” where you can enter a coupon code should you have one. Finally you can select a tip percentage to tip the bakery! A note on tips: we pool all our tips together and share it among everyone on the team! When you tip the bakery you tip everyone who put love and care into your order from processing the order, to baking it, to packing it, to handing it to you! They are much appreciated and mean so much to us <3
Before you submit your order, please double check that your contact info ( including the billing and or shipping address) is correct. If you are ordering a delivery for someone else, please include the recipient’s phone number as well so we can contact them should any delivery issues arise. Remember you are responsible for providing us the correct information! Also note that if you are requesting a delivery, this option won’t be available until you have input your billing and delivery addresses.
Your total will be found at the bottom of the order summary, and the button to proceed to payment is at the bottom on the left hand side under your contact information. Once you have placed & paid for your order you will get an automated reply email confirming that we have RECEIVED your online order. Within 24 hours, one of our lovely team members will enter your order and send you an email confirming your order is possible and has been PLACED acknowledging the time and date your order is due, and any relevant details pertaining to your specific request.
If ordering with less than 24hrs notice (or less than 48 hrs for larger orders), or if for any other reason, we may not be able to confirm production of an order. In this case, we will let you know as soon as possible and arrange for a solution.
On the day of your actual order you will receive an email copy of your official invoice once it has been picked up, or when it has left for delivery.

Every open day, Sophie Sucree’s delivery window is 12h00-15h00 and in-store pickup starts at 10AM until closing. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our delivery service, it is un-feasable and unavailable to select a custom delivery time slot.
The most common reason we don’t offer delivery is your delivery address is outside of our delivery zone. Our delivery zone is Montreal, Quebec. If you are outside of our delivery zone, we can work with you to have your delivery company of choice come pickup your order, or you will have to come into our store to pickup your delicious order.
A second reason why delivery isn’t available at checkout is because there has been no delivery address or billing address entered at checkout. Without this information, we cannot calculate any costs on delivering to your address! Once you fill out these fields, the option to get your order delivered should automatically become available if you are located within our delivery zone.

Since 2013, baby! Our little bakery has come a long way and so has the vegan scene in Montréal. Though we were proudly the first vegan bakery in the city, we are so happy and thrilled with how many more vegan bakeries/cafes/restos there are now! Our goal was and is to increase the awareness of vegan food – making it more accessible and easy to incorporate into daily life.
Sophie Sucrée was named after owner-founder Miléne Laoun’s sweet grandmother Sophie. She was the baker in the family! We honour her memory everyday by baking from the heart and sharing our treats with the world.
Yes everything is vegan! We are fully vegan, and love baking comfort classics so vegans and non-vegans alike can enjoy their favourite foods using plant based and using mostly local and organic high quality ingredients 🙂
We make our own “butter” using only plant ingredients such as coconut oil and sunflower oil. Coconut oil has the amazing property of being solid when under 25 degrees celsius so it can behave like dairy butter. We put a lot of love and hard work into our technique to get our croissants to be nice and flaky with an amazing buttery flavour.
Yes we make everything ourselves from scratch in our kitchen located behind our lovely boutique. Our dedicated bakers are amazing! You can always smell something good coming out of the ovens, you can even smell of our delicious banana breads baking from the street!

We work in the kitchen with these ingredients so even if the recipe itself does not contain one of these ingredients, we cannot guarantee that there are no traces of it in the product. Please see our allergy disclaimer for more detailed information regarding allergens in our kitchen.
No we are not! we do have some options that are gluten sensitive – that means the recipe does not utilize gluten, however there could be traces since we have gluten in the kitchen.
Gluten friendly/ Gluten Sensitive
Gluten friendly or sensitive means that the recipes for these products do not have gluten, but they are made in the same kitchen that processes gluten. While we use best practises in between baking to ensure minimal traces, our products are still therefore not free of any potential cross contamination and not necessarily suitable for folks with allergies
Nut friendly/ Nut Sensitive
Nut friendly or sensitive means that the recipes for these products do not have nuts, but they are made in the same kitchen that processes nuts for other recipes. Therefore it is not free of any potential cross contamination and not necessarily suitable for folks with allergies. We currently use pecans, almonds, cashews, and pistachios in our kitchen.
Soy friendly / Soy Sensitive
Soy friendly or sensitive means that the recipes for these products do not have soy, but they are made in the same kitchen that processes soy. We use soy in the majority of our products. Therefore it is not free of any potential cross contamination and not necessarily suitable for folks with allergies
We only make the cakes available on our website, as shown in the photos. we are still open to hear about any flavour/style ideas you may have as we love your feedback and getting to know your tastes 🙂
Yes we do! You can order directly from our website and we will deliver it to you using Eva, a local delivery and ride sharing coop in Montréal. Rates are by the kilometer depending how far you are located from our boutique situated at 3770 Saint-Laurent boulevard.
We can deliver anywhere in the grand Montréal area but it may be more costly. You can check the exact delivery rate using our order form by entering your postal code in the shipping address box (after having entered your billing address).
Unfortunately, we are takeout only! We have a seat for your comfort and convenience while waiting but we do not have public washrooms and cannot accommodate dining. There may be outdoor seating available in the summer season.
It depends on the product! Most desserts are best consumed within 3 days, but a week is fine. For more specific serving and storing instructions on a particular product check out our website or send us an email or give us a call.

At this time our menu is available for on-demand food delivery via Ubereats & Doordash.
We will do our best to cater to your needs that is for sure! 😉 But we do not provide traditional full service catering services (with rentals, wait staff, bus staff, chefs, beverage distribution/bartending). However we LOVE large orders and we can totally accommodate them!
Whether you are an office, event planner, or a caterer yourself, if you need a lot (or a few) vegan pastries and desserts we are the perfect place for you! We have a wide variety of options to choose from, and one of our team members would be more than happy to help you make a selection and process your order. We kindly ask that we receive 48 hours notice for all orders over 200$; and 72 hours notice for all orders over 400$. Nothing makes us happier than being a part of your special events <3
