dough | Strong flour, soy milk, olive oil, fresh yeast and salt.
filling | “Mozza” (Soy milk, coconut oil, tapioca starch, lemon juice, kappa carrageenan, miso paste and salt), Tomato sauce (Canned crushed tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt and black pepper), “Sausage” crumble (strong flour, texturized soy protein, water, sunflower oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, tomato paste, garlic, nutritional yeast, black pepper, fennel seeds, sage and cayenne).

baking instructions:
– lay your frozen pizza buns on a baking sheet, about 3 inches apart. they will need extra space to rise.
– cover with a clean dish towel or some parchment paper and leave to rise, about 8-12 hours at room temperature. rising time will vary depending on room temperature.
– once they have tripled in size and look fully risen, preheat your oven to 350F. bake for 12 to 18 minutes, turning the pan halfway through. adjust time until pastries are golden brown.
