Sophie Sucree is already famous for their spanakopita style spinach and “feta” puffs and now we are adding another delectable puff to the menu. Check out our must try fennel “sausage” & “mozza” puffs full of creamy cheesey plant-based “mozzarella” and succulent fennel “sausage” curls. It’s meaty, it’s cheesy, and it fits perfectly in your hand so you can eat it on the go as a quick snack. Try pairing it with a soup or salad for an easy lunch. 

We serve these hot and cripsy in the boutique and they are super popular. Now available frozen and ready to pack at home — also available already baked!

baking instructions:
-preheat over to 400°f (204°c)
-bake for around 20 minutes, turning the pan halfway through. adjust time until pastries are lightly golden.
