Description

Pack of 6 frozen vegan cinnamon buns! 

Pillowy hand formed yeasted dough, filled with cinnamon & 5 spice, and brown sugar, then rolled and cut into individual swirls.

These proof and puff and get baked all together. The smell alone is incredible – is there anything more warming and soothing than the smell of cinnamon baked goods? Finally they get coated in a sweet frosting that makes these buns absolutely irresistible!

Everything is from scratch with love. Bring a box of cinnamon buns to work or bake them fresh in the morning for your next brunch. Perfect to have on hand during the holidays!

Ingredients:
dough | wheat flour, organic soy milk (filtered water, organic soybeans, natural flavour, vitamins and minerals (calcium carbonate, zinc gluconate, niacinamide, vitamine A palmitate, cyanocobalamin, calcium pantothenate, riboflavin, vitamin D2, thiamine mononitrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride)), sugar, sunflower oil, coconut oil, yeast, flax seed, salt
filling | brown sugar, spices, salt
contains: wheat, soy

Baking instructions:
– lay your frozen cinnamon buns on a baking sheet or in a deep baking dish, about 2 inches apart. they will need extra space to rise.
– cover with a clean dish towel or some parchment paper and leave to rise, about 8-12 hours at room temperature. rising time will vary depending on room temperature.
– once they have tripled in size and look fully risen, preheat your oven to 350F. bake for 14-22 minutes, turning the pan halfway through. adjust time until pastries are golden brown.
– about 10-15 minutes after they’re done, turn them over onto another dish and pull them apart. be careful! they will be very hot! serve them upside down, with the gooey, caramelized side on top.

pro-tip! you can easily make your own icing by mixing half a cup of icing sugar and two teaspoons of water. you can adjust the amount of water to get the icing as thick or as thin as you like.
