If you are a fan of sticky buns or cinnamon buns you will love our take!
This is our twist honoring maple season here in Quebec. We use a supple brioche dough, spread it with a spiced maple sugar spread and then roll it up into beautiful swirly buns. We line the bottom of the pan with lots and lots of maple and pecans, then place the buns in the pan, and once they are baked we flip them over so all the ooey gooey maple pecan goodness that was at the bottom of the pan is now on top.
These are absolutely mouth-watering! The texture of the soft dough, the sticky maple, and the crunchy buttery pecans will blow you away.
