Vegan pizza roulade! A tender dough stuffed with pizza sauce, “mozzarella”, fennel “sausage” and extra “mozza” melted on top. All made in house, as always 🙂 you must try!

filling | “Mozza” (Soy milk, coconut oil, tapioca starch, lemon juice, kappa carrageenan, miso paste and salt), Tomato sauce (Canned crushed tomatos, olive oil, garlic, salt and black pepper), “Sausage” crumble (strong flour, texturized soy protein, water, sunflower oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, tomato paste, garlic, nutritional yeast, black pepper, fennel seeds, sage and cayenne).
