Our boston cream pie cake, is two layers of tender vanilla cake, filled with vanilla pastry cream and a heavenly chocolate glaze. All made in house and completely vegan! serves 6-8 portions. Serve chilled
Cake base | White sugar, sunflower oil, cake flour, water, soy milk, flax, lemon juice, baking soda, vanilla extract.
Pastry cream | Soy milk, coconut milk, sunflower oil, white sugar, vanilla extract, agar, xanthan gum, salt, tumeric.
Glaze | chocolate, cocoa powder, cocoa butter, coconut milk, white sugar, water.
