Who is Sophie?

Sophie was my grandmother. For as long as I can remember, at any given family gathering, guests would anticipate a beautiful and delicious cake made by Sophie. She would always pride herself on slicing and serving her creation.
Just like my grandmother, I learned the ins and outs of pastry confection from the comfort of my own kitchen, by continuously trying out new recipes and perfecting my techniques. For the longest time, I believed that a degree in mathematics was the right avenue for me. Recently however, I chose to find fulfillment in the world of cake making!

A bit of luck and a lot of hard work have brought me to where I am today, and I find myself happier than ever adopting cake decorating as my creative outlet.
I love that every day at work is a new challenge and with every project comes a wave of inspiration followed by precise execution and creation.
I have been able to combine two of my passions; creating beautiful designs and cooking up delicious treats.

The best part comes from sharing sweet delights with those around me!
